It is projected that by 2050, 60% more food will have to be produced to meet demand. To achieve this milestone, it is essential to focus the future of the food business on sustainability. And for this transformation to be effective, it is essential to incorporate the vision of a sustainable, fair, equitable and healthy food system focused on the circular bioeconomy that seeks, on the one hand, to maximize efficiency in the use of natural resources, and on the other, to eliminate the concept of rejection through the maximum use, reuse and revaluation of these resources.
